Navigating Calendar View in AcuityLogic POS
Calendar View displays time slots that correspond to the exam minutes set up for the provider with the shortest duration of exam minutes at this location. For example, if one provider is set up to provide exams in 20 minute durations and another provider is set up to provide exams in 30 minute durations, the Calendar View displays 20 minute time slots.
To navigate Calendar View
- Open Calendar View. See Opening the Scheduler in AcuityLogic POS.
- To switch between daily view and weekly view, click Day or Week. In weekly view, select the Show All Days check box to see all days for each resource on one page.
- To navigate to a different date, perform one of the following actions:
- Click Today to view the current date’s schedule.
- Click the arrows icons to go backwards and forwards one day.
- Click the down arrow icon to select a specific date.
- To refresh the Scheduler, click Refresh.
