Receiving Stock in AcuityLogic POS

You can receive stock sent from other office or distribution center locations from the Stock Receipt window. Stock receipts are automatically created when stock orders or stock transfers are sent from another location.

If the office attribute to automatically receive DC transfers is enabled in AcuityLogic Admin, AcuityLogic automatically saves stock receipts for transfers sent from your distribution center location and updates your office’s inventory count.

To receive stock

  1. Search for the stock receipt with the items that you want to receive into inventory. See Searching for Stock Receipts in AcuityLogic POS.
  2. Click the Expand icon next to the stock receipt.

    The details for the stock receipt displays.

  3. Click Receive All.
  4. To edit an item on the stock receipt, click the Edit Detail icon, make the required changes, and click the OK (green check mark) icon.
    To remove an item from the stock receipt, change the actual quantity to 0.
  5. Click the Save icon and click OK in the dialog box that opens to commit the stock receipt.

    AcuityLogic changes the Receipt Status to Saved and updates your inventory count for the items you received.
