Undoing Daily Closings

After a daily closing, employees cannot enter sales and payment transactions into AcuityLogic. If you accidentally close the system in your office before all patient transactions are entered for the day, a manager can use AcuityLogic POS to undo the closing, which enables you to resume entering transactions into the system.

Daily closings can be undone only on the day they occur.

To undo a daily closing

  1. Open the Management window. See Opening the Management Window.
  2. Click the Daily Closing tab.
  3. Click Undo.
    The Undo button is available only if a daily closing has been performed for the current day.

    In the confirmation message, click Undo.
