Viewing Diagnosis and PQRS Codes for Orders

You can view the diagnosis codes and PQRS codes associated with an order.

To view diagnosis and PQRS codes for orders

1. Open the Exam/Miscellaneous Order window. See Opening the Exam/Miscellaneous Order Window.
2. Click the Diag/PQRI Codes link.

   The Diagnosis/PQRI Codes window opens with codes associated with the order displayed.
