Viewing Your Weekly Working Hours

If your employee profile does not allow you to be scheduled for appointments, the Associate module’s Scheduling tab shows all the hours that you are scheduled to work in your office each week.

To view the hours that you are scheduled to work in the office

  1. Open the Associate window. See Opening the Associate Window.
  2. Click the Scheduling tab.
  3. In the tab, use the date field’s arrow buttons to specify the end date of the week you want to view.

    The read-only schedule of your hours for the specified week appears:

    In addition to your work hours, the schedule includes the following information:

    • Time Off Type: The reason, such as vacation or medical appointment, for taking off a day that you usually work. If you never work on a particular day, such as Saturday, no time-off reason is specified for that day.
    • Block: A time slot during your scheduled working hours for which you are unavailable (for example, you might have a staff meeting during that time). Each day can have up to four blocks of unavailability.
    • Total hours for this week: The number of hours you are scheduled to work in the office during the selected week.
  4. To download a printable PDF version of the schedule, click Print Weekly Report.
