Generating Eye Care Reports
Eye Care reports cover data related to ocular health. A full list of the reports and their functions can be found below.
- Cataract. View cataract
Clouding of the natural lens of the eye, usually caused by aging in conjunction with such risk factors as exposure to the sun's UV rays, smoking, steroid intake, and diabetes. Symptoms include blurred vision, glare, halos around lights, colors that are less bright, a cloudy spot in vision, and temporary vision improvement. data by visit count, findings, ocular history, procedures, and more.
- Co-management. View data related to comanagement. Only visits where the Comanagement plan was selected will be factored into this report.
- Diagnosis Drill Down. Choose a diagnosis and view data related to that specific diagnosis such as visit count, IOP
Intraocular Pressure. Eye pressure, as determined by the amount of aqueous humor filling it. High IOP (ocular hypertension) can be a sign of glaucoma., ocular history, procedures, and more.
- Dry Eye Syndrome. View data on visit count, medication, procedure, and more for patients with Dry Eye Syndrome and/or Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca.
- Eye Log. Monitor treatment and prescribing habits using data related to visit volume, procedures, medications, and specific eye care measurements.
- Glaucoma. View glaucoma
A disease characterized by elevated intraocular pressure, which causes optic nerve damage and subsequent peripheral vision loss. Most people have no initial symptoms of chronic (open-angle) glaucoma, but you can develop peripheral vision loss, headaches, blurred vision, difficulty adapting to darkness, and halos around lights. Other forms of glaucoma (e.g., closed-angle glaucoma) may have additional symptoms such as eye pain, a pupil that does not respond to light, redness, nausea, and a bulging eye. visit data by visit count, IOP, ocular history, procedures, and more.

Disorder characterized by changes in the eye's macula that result in the gradual loss of central vision. The exact cause is unknown, but appears to be related to a genetic predisposition, smoking, and several other risk factors. Central vision may be blurred, distorted (metamorphopsia), or shadowy before vision loss occurs., Dry Macular Degeneration, and Post-op Diabetic Macular Edema.
