Accessing the Clipboard

You can access the patient Clipboard from within the patient chart.

To open the Clipboard from the patient’s chart

1. Open the patient’s chart.
2. Click the Patient Clipboard icon on the Action Bar.

   The patient’s Clipboard opens and the Past Medical History screen appears.
