Adding a Reminder for a Result

  1. Click the Path and Labs tab.
  2. Click the Pending Plan Completion tab.

    The Path tab of the Pending Plan Completion screen appears.

  3. Select the Provider, Result Flag, Result, Facility, Workflow State, Entry Date, Action or Plan you want to search for.
  4. Click Apply Filters.

    Results that match the search criteria are displayed.

  5. Click Add Reminder for the result to which you want to add a reminder.

    The Path Results Reminder screen appears.

  6. Enter the Doctor’s Note.
  7. Enter the Reminder Text.
  8. Select the Reminder Date from the calendar.
  9. Click Save.
