Creating and Modifying Patients

Add new patients to the practice management side of the platform. The practice management system is the source for patient demographics, contact, insurance, and financial information. If you need to edit a patient's address, for example, you must do so in the practice management system.

Creating a patient in Eyefinity EHR standalone

If you use a practice management system that isn't connected to Eyefinity EHR, here's how to add a new patient:

  1. Log into the Eyefinity EHR web application.
  2. Click the New Patient action bar button.
  3. Enter the patient information as needed.
  4. Click Save.
