Deleting Diagnoses and Plans

Until an exam is finalized, you can return to a diagnosis and remove findings and plans.

To delete a diagnosis or plan

1. Open the patient’s visit note.
2. Click Ocular Exam on the Action Bar.

   The Ocular Exam Room appears.

3. Scroll down the page to view the Impression/Plan section of the Progress Note.
4. Click Delete for the diagnosis or plan you want to delete.

   All of the plans associated with the diagnosis are also deleted.
