Deleting a Finding

Until an exam is finalized, you can return to a diagnosis and remove a finding.

To delete a finding

  1. Open the patient’s visit note.
  2. Click Ocular Exam on the Action Bar.

    The Ocular Exam Room appears.

  3. Scroll down the page to view the Impression/Plan section of the Progress Note.
  4. Click Findings for the diagnosis associated with the finding.

    The Edit Diagnosis Findings window displays a list of findings associated with the diagnosis.

  5. Click Remove for the finding you want to delete.
  6. Click Done to return to the Ocular Exam Room.
