Downloading CCDs

You can download CCDs for selected patients or for all patients. This topic describes how

  1. Click the Patients tab.

    The Patients screen opens and displays a list of patients.

  2. Click Advanced Patient Search on the Action Bar.

    The Search Criteria screen appears.

  3. Enter the search criteria you want to use.
  4. Click Search.

    A list of patients which match the search criteria is displayed.

  5. Select the check box for the patients for whom you want to download a CCD.
  6. Click Download CCDs (Selected Patients) on the Action Bar.

    A message appears to explain that the CCDs will take a few minutes to process.

  7. Click Yes.

    The Patients screen opens and displays a list of patients.

  2. Click Advanced Patient Search on the Action Bar.

    The Search Criteria screen appears.

  3. Click Download CCDs (All Patients) on the Action Bar.

    A message explains that the CCds will be scheduled for processing overnight and will not be available for download until the next morning.

  4. Click Yes.
