Managing Contacts
You can add a referral contact or institution to the Contacts screen. This topic describes how
To add a contact
- Click the Document Management tab.
The Document Management screen opens.
- Click Manage Referral Contacts.
The Referral Contact Management screen appears.
- Click Add Contact.
The Create New Referral Contact screen appears.
- Enter the details for the referral contact.
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
The Referral Contact Management screen appears with the new contact displayed in the list.
To add an institution
- Click the Document Management tab.
The Document Management screen opens.
- Click Manage Referral Contacts.
The Referral Contact Management screen appears.
- Click Add Institution.
The Create Institution screen appears.
- Enter the details for the institution.
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
The Referral Contact Management screen appears with the new institution displayed in the list.
