Recording Findings

Based on the diagnosis you selected, the Findings section shows a list of findings related to the diagnosis. You can select from the list of findings or enter details for a custom finding.

To record a finding

1. Open the patient’s visit note.
2. Click Ocular Exam on the Action Bar.

   The Ocular Exam Room appears.

   The Findings section displays findings related to the diagnosis you selected.

3. Select one or more of the findings listed, or click Custom Finding.
4. If you click Custom Finding:
   1. Enter the information for the finding.
   2. Select whether the finding is a Positive indication.
   3. Select the body system the Finding relates to.
   4. Select whether you want to Always remember this finding.
   5. Click Done.
