Using Reminders
This section discusses reminders. It describes how
- Click the Reminders tab.
The Reminders screen opens and displays a list of reminders.
- Select the Status, Patient, Reminder Type, Provider, Start Date, and/or End Date you want to search for.
- Click Apply Filters.
A list of reminders that matches the search criteria is displayed.
- To open the patient chart, click the patient's name.
- Click the Reminders tab.
The Reminders screen opens and displays a list of reminders.
- Select the Status, Patient, Reminder Type, Provider, Start Date, and/or End Date you want to search for.
- Click Apply Filters.
A list of reminders that matches the search criteria is displayed.
- Click Modify for the reminder you want to edit.
The Reminder modification screen appears.
- Edit the reminder as needed.
- Click Save.
The Reminders screen appears.
- Click the Reminder tab.
The Reminder screen opens and displays a list of reminders.
- Select the Status, Patient, Reminder Type, Provider, Start Date, and/or End Date you want to search for.
- Click Apply Filters.
A list of reminders that matches the search criteria is displayed.
- Click Delete for the reminder you want to delete.
A confirmation message appears.
- Click OK.
- Click the Reminder tab.
The Reminder screen opens and displays a list of reminders.
- Select the Status, Patient, Reminder Type, Provider, Start Date, and/or End Date you want to search for.
- Click Apply Filters.
A list of reminders that matches the search criteria is displayed.
- Select the check box for the patient you want to notify.
- Click Notify Patients in the Action Bar.
The Reminder Notification screen appears.
- Select the Actual Contact Method.
- Enter any Comments.
- Click Notified.
The Reminders screen appears and the reminder is removed from the list.
