Restoring an Archived Visit

If you want to restore a visit that is currently archived, you can do so from the web application. You cannot restore archived visits from the iPad app.

To restore archived visits

  1. Open a patient's chart.
  2. Click Expand Filters in the Patient Activity section where you see a list of the patient's visits.
  3. Select Yes from the Archived drop-down list.
  4. Click Apply Filters.

    Any visits that have been archived for the patient appear below.

  5. Select the check box for any archived visits you want to restore.
  6. Click the Unarchive Visit button on the action bar.

    Any visits you selected are restored and will now appear as Preliminary Visits.
