Resuming a Diagnosis or Plan

Until an exam is finalized, you can return to a diagnosis and add or remove findings and plans. This section covers how

  1. Open the patient’s visit note.
  2. Click Ocular Exam on the Action Bar.

    The Ocular Exam Room appears.

  3. Scroll down the page to view the Impression/Plan section of the Progress Note.

  4. Click Resume Dx for the diagnosis you want to resume.

    The Ocular Exam Room appears.

  5. Select the plan(s) you want to associate with the diagnosis.
  6. Select the finding(s) you want to associate with the diagnosis.
  7. Click Save Visit Note.
  1. Open the patient’s visit note.
  2. Click Ocular Exam on the Action Bar.

    The Ocular Exam Room appears.

  3. Scroll down the page to view the Impression/Plan section of the Progress Note.
  4. Click Resume for the plan you want to resume.

    The Details page for the plan appears.

  5. Enter the details for the plan.
  6. Click Done.

    The Ocular Exam Room appears.

  7. Click Save Visit Note.
