Using Special Plans

You can use a special plan instead of using a diagnosis.

To use a special plan

1. Open the patient’s visit note.
2. Click Ocular Exam on the Action Bar.
3. The Ocular Exam Room appears.

   The Special Plans section displays a list of plans that are always available regardless of any diagnosis you've selected.

4. Click the special plan you want to use.

   The Plans section displays a list of plans.

5. Select the test you want to perform.
6. Enter the details for the test, and click Done.

   The Ocular Exam Room appears.

7. Select another plan, or click Save Visit Note to save your changes.
