Viewing Progress Notes

As you record the diagnoses, findings, and plans for a patient, you may want an overview of all of the information that has been entered for the patient during this visit, including the history, eye exam, and ocular exam.

To view progress notes for a patient

1. Open the patient’s visit note.
2. Click Ocular Exam on the Action Bar.

   The Ocular Exam Room appears.

3. Scroll down the page to view the Progress Note.

   The Progress Note shows the patient history, eye exam, and ocular exam data that has been recorded for the patient for this visit.
