Managing Patient Attachments Settings
Administrators can restrict users from taking certain actions on files attached to patient notes and charts. These restrictions apply to all users across the practice.
What do you want to do?
Restrict document deletion
- Log in to the Eyefinity EHR web application as an administrator.
- Locate the Manage Patient Attachments group and expand it.
- Select the Hide Delete Option in Manage Patient Attachments option.
- Click Save.
Restrict document encryption
- Log in to the Eyefinity EHR web application as an administrator.
- Locate the Manage Patient Attachments group and expand it.
- Select the Hide Encrypt Option in Manage Patient Attachments option.
- Click Save.
