Opening the ePA Queue

The ePA queue is where you initiate, manage, and respond to prior authorization requests. This page tells you how to access the ePA queue.

To open the ePA queue in the iPad app

1. Navigate to the Eyefinity EHR app Home screen (typically the agenda view).
2. Tap the Rx action bar icon.
3. Tap ePA.

   The ePA queue or Manage ePA screen opens and displays all medication orders that require prior authorization.

To open the ePA queue in the browser application

1. Locate the menu bar near the top of most pages in Eyefinity EHR.
2. Hover your cursor over the Rx menu and select ePA.

   The ePA queue or ePA Management page opens and displays all medication orders that require prior authorization.
