Editing Your Personal Information

You can edit the personal details you use to reset your password.

What do you want to do?
  1. Log into the Eyefinity EHR web application.
  2. Click Preferences in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Click Update My Information.

    The Update My Information page opens and displays your personal information.

  1. Open the Update My Information page. To learn how, go to Open the Update My Information page.
  2. Edit your Email, Date of Birth, and Mobile Phone # as needed.
  3. Click Save.

    The next time you need to reset your password, you will need to enter these details.
