Setting Your Preferred Billers
You can set your preferred billing provider within your personal preferences. Your name should always be included in this section.
What do you want to do?Locate the preferred billers settings
- Log into the Encompass web application.
- Click Preferences in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Click the My Visit Settings tab.
- Scroll down the page until you see My Preferred Billers.
Add preferred billers
- Navigate to the My Preferred Billers settings. To learn how, go to Locate the preferred billers settings.
- Click the Last, First field and select one or more staff members from the list.
- Click Add.
The page refreshes and the selected billers are added to the list.
Remove preferred billers
- Navigate to the My Preferred Billers settings. To learn how, go to Locate the preferred billers settings.
- Locate the staff member in the list of preferred billers and click Remove.
- Click Remove to confirm the removal.
