Setting Your Preferred Providers
You can set your preferred providers within your personal preferences. The preferred providers appear in the Primary Provider drop-down menu in the Visit Settings page. This setting is useful for techs and scribes who primarily work with specific doctors.
What do you want to do?Locate the preferred providers settings
- Log into the Eyefinity EHR web application.
- Click Preferences in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Scroll down the page until you see My Preferred Providers.
Add preferred providers
- Navigate to the My Preferred Providers settings. To learn how, go to Locate the preferred providers settings.
- Click the Select Additional Preferred Provider(s) field and select one or more staff members from the list.
- Click Save.
The page refreshes and the selected providers are added to the list.
Remove preferred providers
- Navigate to the My Preferred Providers settings. To learn how, go to Locate the preferred providers settings.
- Locate the staff member in the list of preferred providers and click Remove.
- Click OK to confirm the removal.
