Copying Previous Findings from the Visit Overview (Web)

If you have an established patient, you can quickly copy the findings from multiple previous visits to the current visit.

What do you want to do?
  1. Open a patient visit. To learn how, go to Creating or Opening a Visit (Web).
  2. Click the View/Import Previous button under the Actions tab.

    The View/Import Previous window lists the patient’s previous visits in the left column.

  3. Click a visit to expand it.

    The exam elements, including CC/HPI, the type of exam performed, diagnoses, and plans, are listed in the right column.

  4. Click the check boxes for the items you want to copy to the current visit.
  5. Click Apply to copy the findings.

    The selected elements are copied to the current visit.
