Documenting Amsler Grid Tests in the Visit Overview (Web)

You can document Amsler Grid test results within the vision exam in the Visit Overview. Here's how:

1. Open a patient visit. To learn how, go to Creating or Opening a Visit (Web).
2. Locate the Vision Summary section, click Add Tests, and select Amsler Grid.
3. If the test result was normal, tap Mark as Normal.

   OR

   If the test result was abnormal, select Abnormal in the drop-down menu, and select the abnormal result in the right and left eye grids.

   Options in the grid include Normal, Faded, Scotoma, and Metamorphopisia.

4. Click Save.
