Viewing Refraction History and Importing Refractions in the Visit Overview (Web)

You can quickly view the patient's past refraction data from any of the refraction, contact lens, and eyeglass screens. Additionally, you can import any of these past refractions into the current visit and then adjust any numbers that may have changed.

1. Open a patient visit. To learn how, go to Creating or Opening a Visit (Web).
2. Locate the Vision Summary section, click Add Tests, and select any one of the following options:
   • Auto Refraction (ARx)
   • Refractions (MRx/CRx)
   • Contact Lenses
3. Click the Refraction History button.

   The Refraction History screen opens.

4. Select the Glasses, Soft CL, or Specialty Contact Lenses tab depending on the refractions you want to see.
5. If you want to import a refraction into the current visit, tap the refraction and click Import.

   The refraction is imported into the refractions, contact lenses, or eyeglasses screen.

6. Edit the refraction as needed and click Save.
