Recording Accommodative Facility and MEM Retinoscopy Test Results in the Visit Overview (Web)

You can document the patient's facility for accommodation and MEM retinoscopy in the Misc Tests page. Here's how:

1. Open a patient visit. To learn how, go to Creating or Opening a Visit (Web).
2. Locate the Vision Summary section, click Add Tests, and select Misc. Tests.
3. Select the Accommodative Facility values as needed:
   • Method
   • Results
   • Rock Power
   • Reliability
4. Select the MEM Retinoscopy values as needed:
   • Accommodative Lag
   • Accommodative Excess
   • Working Distance
   • Other
5. Click Save.
