Cosigning Visits (Web)

If you have associate physicians and need to have a senior physician cosign the visit note, you can cosign the visit note on the patient’s chart. Here's how:

1. Open the patient’s chart.
2. Locate the visit you want to cosign from the list at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click Cosign.

4. Read the acknowledgment, and click Sign and Finalize Note.

   If you only want to sign the note, you can click Sign. The visit can then be finalized by the original provider at a later time.
