Creating a Nonvisit Order (Web)

The nonvisit order is best for such follow-up encounters as a patient returning after a contact lens fitting, where CC/HPI information does not need to be documented. The nonvisit order looks similar to a regular visit, except the functionality more limited. For example, CC/HPI is not available.

  1. Open the patient's chart.
  2. Click New Non-Visit Order.

    The nonvisit order opens.
