Setting Up the Canon Interface

You must set up the Canon interface from the computer connected to the Canon equipment.

  1. Double-click the Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup icon on your computer desktop.

    The Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup window opens.

  2. Click Add.
  3. Select the Canon manufacturer and the Capture (Fundus Camera) device.
  4. Click Add.

    The settings and options appear.

  5. (Optional) Enter a Device Nickname.
  6. Click Browse, and select the location on the network where Canon saves the captured retinal images.

    Select an empty folder on your network that is not used by any other application, including Canon. If you select a folder that contains files, they will be deleted during the integration and data transfer.

  7. Click Browse and select the location of the Canon imageSPECTRUMCapture.exe application.
  8. Click Save.

  9. Click Add.

  10. Select the Canon manufacturer and the Review (Image Manager) device.
  11. Click Add.

    The settings and options appear.

  12. (Optional) Enter a Device Nickname.
  13. Click Save.
  14. Close the Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup window.
