Setting Up the Essilor Interface

You must set up the Essilor interface from the computer connected to the Essilor equipment.

  1. Double-click the Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup icon on your computer desktop.

    The Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup window opens.

  2. Click Add.
  3. Select the Essilor manufacturer and an Essilor device.

    If you're connecting the Vision-S 700, select APH550 (Auto Phoropter).

  4. Click Add.

    The settings and options appear.

  5. (Optional) Enter a Device Nickname.

  6. Click Browse, and select the location on the network where Essilor temporarily saves the data file.

    You must select an empty folder on your network that is not used by any other application, including Essilor. If you select a folder that contains files, they will be deleted during the integration and data transfer process.

  7. Click Save.
  8. Repeat steps 2–7 for each piece of Essilor equipment that you use.
  9. Close the Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup window.
