Setting Up the Humphrey HFA II-i Interface

  1. Double-click the Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup icon on your computer desktop.

    The Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup window opens.

  2. Click Add.
  3. Select the Humphrey manufacturer and the Capture HFAIIi (Visual Field Analyser) device.
  4. Click Add.

    The settings and options appear.

  5. (Optional) Enter a Device Nickname.
  6. Click Browse and select the drive and shared folder (EMR or EMR Export) where the Humphrey HFA II-i equipment data is written.

    Do not select the OfficeMate\DATA\HFAIIi_Reports folder or any other folder in which other data is stored. If you select a folder that contains files, they will be deleted during the integration and data transfer process.

  7. Record the Serial Number of the Humphrey HFA II-i equipment.
    • Your Humphrey HFA II-i equipment’s serial number is listed in the OA Web License and on a sticker on the equipment.
    • Omit the “I” in the serial number. For example, if your serial number is 123I-34432, enter 123-34432 in the Serial Number field.
  8. Click Save.

  9. Click Add.

  10. Select the Humphrey manufacturer and the Review HFA (Software Tool) device.
  11. Click Add.

    The settings and options appear.

  12. (Optional) Enter a Device Nickname.
  13. Click Save.
  14. Close the Eyefinity Equipment Interface Setup window.
