Setting Up the Topcon Equipment

1. (Eyefinity requirement) Set DIP switch 2 as follows:
• No. 1 = ON
• No. 2 = OFF
2. Set up the equipment controller:
   1. Hold down the Shift key, and press the Menu key on the KB-50/CV-5000 or CV-5000S controller.
   2. In the Settings window, press Other.
   3. In the KB section of the Other window, set the Print Switch item to Print and Export.

Eyefinity requires that you set DIP switch 2 as follows:

• No. 1 = ON
• No. 2 = OFF
