Using the Topcon CT-80 Interface

1. Ensure that the Topcon CT-80 is connected with a serial cable or serial-to-USB adapter cable to the computer that Eyefinity EHR is installed on.

   You can purchase serial cables and serial-to-USB adapter cables from Topcon at 800.223.1130.

2. Ensure that Eyefinity EHR is open.
3. Create a blank exam, or open a saved exam for an existing patient.
4. In the Eyefinity EHR chart window, click the Interfaces icon.
5. Select Topcon:CT-80.

   The Eyefinity Equipment Interface window opens and displays this message: Waiting on Exam Data from DeviceName.

6. Perform the measurements on the Topcon CT-80. For more information, see the Topcon CT-80 Owner’s Manual.
7. On the Topcon CT-80 operation panel, press Print.

   The average of the measurements that you preformed is transmitted to Eyefinity EHR.

8. To view the data, see the IOP table on the Examination tab in the patient exam.
