Determining the Bridge Status
The Bridge Status indicates whether the Integration Manager is able to transmit information between OfficeMate and Eyefinity EHR. You can view the Bridge Status in any of the following locations:
- The OfficeMate Administration toolbar
- The OfficeMate Integration Manager window, Configuration tab
If the Bridge Status is… |
Then… |
Green |
Everything is working correctly. The Integration Manager can transmit data to OfficeMate and Eyefinity EHR. |
Red |
The Integration Manager cannot transmit data to Eyefinity EHR. Check your Internet connection. If your Internet is working but the problem persists, call Eyefinity Customer Care at 800.942.5353. |
