Logging In and Logging Out on the iPad

To open the Eyefinity EHR app and log in

1. Tap the Eyefinity EHR icon on the home screen.
2. Enter the Company URL.

   Your company URL is your practice’s unique eyefinityehr.com address. Do not include “http://” or “https://”.

3. Enter the Username and Password that your administrator assigned to you.
4. Tap Login.
5. If prompted, tap I Agree to accept the terms of service.

To log out

1. If you are in a patient chart, tap Home to return to the home screen.
2. Tap Account and tap Logout.

   

   The message, “Are you sure you want to logout?” appears.

3. Tap OK.
