Opening the Eyefinity EHR Web Application

To open the Eyefinity EHR web application

1. Open the Firefox or Chrome web browser.
2. In the Location Bar, enter your practice’s unique Eyefinity EHR URL.
3. Enter the Username and Password that your administrator assigned to you.
4. Click Login.
5. If prompted, click I Agree to accept the terms of service.

To log out

• Click Logout at the top of any page.
