To Set Up an AirPrint Printer

Before you can print from the Eyefinity EHR iPad app, you must first set up an AirPrint printer on your wireless network. For a list of AirPrint-capable printers, go to http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4356.

Perform the following steps to connect your printer:

  1. Connect your AirPrint printer to the same wireless network as your iPad. Refer to the documentation that came with your printer for information about connecting the printer to your wireless network.
  2. Install any apps that are required by the AirPrint printer on your iPad. Some AirPrint printers work directly with iOS on your iPad, while others require an additional app. Refer to the documentation that came with your printer to determine if you need to install an app.

Once your AirPrint printer is connected to your wireless network, your iPad will be able to connect to it and print.
