Drawing Annotations
You can use the drawing tools to record annotations directly on images within Image Management.

While viewing an image, you can take the following actions using the drawing tools:
- Draw arrow. Click and drag to create an arrow.
- Draw annotation. Click to draw free-form shapes.
- Insert text. Click and drag to create a text box that you can enter a text annotation into.
- Select annotation color. Gives you the option to change the color of annotations you place.
- Delete prior annotation. Deletes the last annotation placed on the image.
- Save annotations. Saves any annotations placed on the image.

While viewing an image, tap the Draw button to reveal the following drawing tools and options:
- Draw arrow. Tap and drag to create an arrow.
- Draw ellipse. Tap and drag to create an ellipse.
- Draw annotation. Tap to draw free-form shapes.
- Insert text. Tap and drag to create a text box that you can enter a text annotation into.
- Line color. Gives you the option to change the color of annotations you place.
- Line thickness. Gives you the option to change the line thickness of annotations you place.
- Save. Saves any annotations placed on the image.
Saving annotations on an image creates a new image. Your original version of the image will be preserved.
