Reviewing Your Patients After Migration
Before you open your practice and start seeing patients, you’ll want to make sure the quick list (if you’re using the web application) or agenda (if you’re using the iPad app) accurately reflects your schedule for the day. Verify the scheduled patients against your appointments on the practice management side.
You’ll also want to review your patients’ charts to verify that your information migrated correctly. This will also help you familiarize yourself with the patient chart in Eyefinity EHR.
If the migration of unstructured data is still underway, you may not see images, attachments, and exams older than five years.

Open your web browser.
You’ll need to use either Firefox or Chrome. Other web browsers are not supported at this time.
- Go to the unique Eyefinity EHR URL that the Eyefinity implementation team provided to you.
- Enter the username and password that you or your administrator created for you in Eyefinity EHR.
- Click Login.
- Click I Agree to accept the terms of service if prompted.
- Click the Patients tab.

Click the Quick List button on the action bar.
The patients scheduled for that day appear in the list.
- Click a patient’s name to look over their chart prior to seeing them.

Log into the Eyefinity EHR iPad app.
You’re taken to the agenda on the home screen, where the patients scheduled for that day are displayed.
- Tap View Appointment or the patient’s photo to look over their chart prior to seeing them.
