Setting a Welcome Message

You can customize the welcome message that displays on your practice’s Encompass EHR login page. Patients will see the welcome message when they log into their portal.

To add a welcome message

1. Log in to the Encompass web application as an administrator.
2. In the Firm Welcome Message section, click Change Welcome Message.
3. Type a brief welcome message and click Save.

   Your welcome message displays when the patient logs into their portal.
