Adding Follow-ups to a Visit from the iPad
This section explains how to create a follow-up visit for an established patient.
- Open a patient visit.
- Tap one of the following items:
- CC/ROS on the Action Bar
- CC/HPI/ROS on the Progress Bar
- CC/HPI/ROS
The Visit Complaints screen opens.
- Tap Follow-ups.
The Follow-ups tab opens.
- Tap + for the condition for which you are performing a follow-up exam or tap Add All to follow-up on all of the conditions listed.
- Select the details for the follow-up.
- Tap Save.
The details for the follow-up are added to the chief complaint.
