Adding Follow-ups to a Visit from the iPad

This section explains how to create a follow-up visit for an established patient.

To add follow-ups to a visit

  1. Open a patient visit.
  2. Tap one of the following items:
    • CC/ROS on the Action Bar
    • CC/HPI/ROS on the Progress Bar
    • CC/HPI/ROS

    The Visit Complaints screen opens.

  3. Tap Follow-ups.

    The Follow-ups tab opens.

  4. Tap + for the condition for which you are performing a follow-up exam or tap Add All to follow-up on all of the conditions listed.
  5. Select the details for the follow-up.
  6. Tap Save.

    The details for the follow-up are added to the chief complaint.
