Assigning a Visit on the iPad

If you have associate physicians and need to have a senior physician cosign the visit note, you can assign a visit to the senior physician from the Home screen. This topic describes how

  1. Access the Home screen.
  2. Tap the Notes tab.
  3. Tap Views and select the appropriate option to show a list of preliminary visits.
  4. On the visit you want to assign, tap the name of the doctor to whom the visit is assigned or tap Not Assigned if no doctor is assigned to the visit.

    The Assign Notes window appears.

  5. Select the doctor to whom you want to assign the visit.

  4. Tap Select.
  5. Tap the visits you want to assign.
  6. Tap Assign.

    The Assign Notes window appears.

  7. Select the doctor to whom you want to assign the visits.
