Cosigning a Visit on the iPad

If you have associate physicians and need to have a senior physician cosign the visit note, you can cosign the visit note on the patient’s chart.

To cosign a visit from the patient’s chart

1. Open the patient’s chart.
2. On the Notes tab, tap Cosign for the visit you want to cosign.

   The Acknowledgments window appears.

3. Read the acknowledgment, and tap Finalize.
