Deleting Diagnoses and Plans on the iPad

Until an exam is finalized, you can return to a diagnosis and remove findings and plans.

To delete a diagnosis or plan

  1. Access the Ocular Exam Room.
  2. Tap Quick Impression Edit.

    The Quick Impression Edit window opens and the Impressions drawer shows the impressions and plans selected for the patient.

    To review the findings from the ocular exam, tap the Exam Details tab. Any abnormal findings are displayed in red.

  3. Tap Delete for the impression or plan you want to delete.

    If you delete an impression, all of the plans associated with the impression are also deleted.

  4. Tap Close to return to the Ocular Exam Room,
