Finding Patients in the iPad App

The Home screen displays a list of patients who have scheduled appointments for today.

1. Use the filters to limit your view based on provider, office location, patient status, patient name, and date range.
2. Locate the patient you want to see, and perform one of the following tasks:
   • Tap the patient’s photo to open the Patient Chart.
   • Tap Create Visit to create a new visit note.
   • Tap Open Visit to open the patient’s preliminary or final visit note.

   

The Home screen enables you to search for patients based on name, date of birth, record number, and more.

1. Tap the Patient Search text box.
2. Enter a few letters of the search criteria (e.g., name, ID, email address).

   

3. Tap a patient in the results list to open their chart.
