Opening the Vision Exam Screen on the iPad

To open the Vision Exam screen

1. Open a patient visit.
2. Tap one of the following items:
   • Vision on the Action Bar
   • Vision Exam on the Progress Bar
   • Vision Exam

   The Vision Exam screen appears.
