Prescribing Medications on an iPad

Medications can be prescribed from the Eyefinity EHR iPad app or web application. To prescribe medications on the iPad:

1. Log in to the Eyefinity EHR iPad app,
2. Open the Patient Chart and tap the Rx action bar icon.

   OR

   Open an Exam, tap the More action bar icon, and tap Rx.

3. Tap Add Rx.
4. Search for the medication and tap medication in the results list.
5. Select or enter the prescription information as needed.
6. Select a Pharmacy.
7. Tap Save.

   The medication appears in a list of prescribed medications.

8. Select the prescription by tapping the check box on the left.
9. Tap ePrescribe.
