Resuming a Diagnosis or Plan on the iPad
Until an exam is finalized, you can return to a diagnosis and add or remove findings and plans. This topic describes how
To resume a diagnosis
- Access the Ocular Exam Room.
- Tap Quick Impression Edit.
The Quick Impression Edit window opens and the Impressions drawer shows the impressions and plans selected for the patient.
- Tap Resume Dx for the impression you want to resume.
The Ocular Exam Room appears, and the Plans and Morphologies drawers are open.
- Select the plans you want to associate with the impression and enter details for the plans.
- Select one or more morphologies you want to associate with the impression.
- Tap Save Visit Note when you have finished.
To resume a plan
- Access the Ocular Exam Room.
- Tap Quick Impression Edit.
The Quick Impression Edit window opens and the Impressions drawer shows the impressions and plans selected for the patient.
- Tap Resume for the plan you want to resume.
The Details page for the plan appears.
- Enter the details for the plan.
- Tap Done.
The Ocular Exam Room appears.
- Tap Save Visit Note.
